Delivery Confirmation
Once your order arrives, the driver will confirm delivery.
Customers may receive photo confirmation once their order has been delivered.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before a driver picks them up.
Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
Unfortunately due to the nature of beauty and hair products, most items cannot be returned once opened.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the problem quickly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major payment methods supported by Shopify, including credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay.
